We have not had the opportunity to update the blog for some time. Gina had her surgery on the 7th of October and blessing were truly given to her. The family fasted across the western United States and the Priesthood were involked to bless her. When she came out of surgery and was in recovery she was completely pain free from the herniation. She had the pain of "slice and dice" but the leg pain and back pain were gone. She was relieved and so was her family. She now has a road map of recovery over the next 6 to 8 weeks. No lifting over a gallon of milk and no sudden moves or jarring. She must be careful and not careless. We count our blessing everyday and are grateful for the power of the Priesthood. She gets better and better each day. Thanks to all for your prayers and faith in her and our families behalf.

On the 23rd of September Joshua received his wolf Badge for cub scouts. He was so excited and proud of all he did. He has really worked hard to accomplish all his required and has earned several silver arrow points. Phone pictures are not great but at least there is a post. We forgot the camera. Take care.

The Capital of the United States

Sometimes work is not all WORK. I had the chance to visit Washington DC in August and tour around the city. Here are just two pictures. I hope to have more soon. It truly was a moving experience to stand on what I would consider hallowed ground. Monuments of our fore fathers. T. Roosevelts was incredible. C

Boys Boys Boys

A couple of fun pictures of our boys. They are always doing something. Caleb being creative and Joshua ... just what is he doing?

We got a small horse! Well not really.

We needed to have the sixth member of our family on our blog. We love him even when he is naughty. Chance will 2 in October and yes he is as big as a small horse. C

Fun on the Wasatch Front-Adams Canyon, Layton

We went hiking earlier this year and had a fun time. Here are the kids and Gina and the beautiful ending waterfall.

All in the life of an Anderson

Well looks like we are in the 2nd opinion stages with Gina and her back. Surgery is pretty much a guarantee but where and when is the question. We are looking for the correct answers before we go under the knife because of the risk. We will keep you all posted. C
